Bamboo products: Slight color variation, grain differences, small knots, or minimal surface fuzz are natural characteristics of bamboo.

Solid wood products: Minor joint lines or mottled grain may appear. These are natural features and do not affect use.

Bending process for our tree-shaped and S-shaped bamboo bookshelves:
When natural bamboo is bent, small cracks naturally appear along the bend due to the plant‑based material. This is normal. We sand each piece smooth, apply an eco‑friendly clear coat, and ensure a splinter‑free surface before shipping. These cracks do not affect normal use.

Color Difference

Product photos are taken from actual items. However, due to lighting, photography techniques, and monitor settings, the actual color may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Please refer to the physical product. Color differences caused by natural material characteristics (e.g., light vs. dark bamboo grain) are not considered defects. Returns based solely on color difference will be at the buyer's own shipping cost.

After‑Sales Support

If you encounter any issues upon delivery or during assembly, please contact our customer service team. We provide installation guides and videos.

Quality issues (non‑human, unused): Keep the original packaging. We support a 15‑day return for quality‑related problems and will cover the return shipping cost after verification.

Shipping damage: Inspect the outer box and all parts immediately upon delivery. If significant damage is found, please provide photos within 3 days of receipt. Minor wear from transit is not a valid reason for return.

Non‑quality returns (e.g., color difference, personal preference): Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
