How do I check the status of an order?如何查看订单状态?

How fast is the shipping & fulfillment?发货有多快?

You’ll get a tracking email after shipment. Order processing takes 2-3 business days. • US warehouse delivery: 3-10 days • China warehouse delivery: 15-30 daysTiming depends on local postal efficiency.

What if my order is lost in the mail?如果我的订单在邮寄过程中丢失了怎么办?
